· Our Services ·
We enjoy working with people from all walks of life and different cultures. Our approach is individualized, in response to the unique needs of each woman. Interpreter services are employed as needed.
During pregnancy, we primarily care for low-risk women. On occasion, women will develop medical conditions during their pregnancies which we are trained to recognize and treat. Examples of these include gestational diabetes, Group B Strep colonization, thyroid conditions and anemia. At this time in our practice, we are unable to work with women who have had previous cesareans, are carrying twins or have significant obesity (BMI of 40 or higher at the first visit).
We also enjoy caring for women who are not pregnant. These women may be teenagers who wish to learn more about their bodies or make a plan for sexual health, women who are experiencing menopausal changes, or simply women needing regular exams and limited primary care.
“I keep recalling the moment my baby's head appeared, and the way my midwives were circled around me in this beautiful and memorable way, cheering us on. How grateful I am to have had their guidance and support in my journey from pregnancy to motherhood.”— Mairead Shutt
